Farmhouse, Kapashera
This 1-acre land was a clear site in a perfect square shape . The client wanted to built a compact house with a swimming pool, surrounded with greenery to use as a weekend home . They also planned to hold outdoor parties there year round. We suggested two entry gates, one in the middle as the main entry and a side gate for transporting utility items.
We planned a wooden house tucked in a corner with a swimming pool deck, overlooking a zen garden.
The farm was divided into two main areas one side of the entry a tropical garden was planned and on the other side a Californian-style garden. A jogging pathway ran all along the boundary. A cottage-style vegetable garden built in the end. Both the lawns had beautiful walkway, sunken seating area, sculpture and benches to create a beautiful outdoor space.
