Moroccan Garden

Whenever we think of a Moroccan-style garden, we imagine vibrant colours peacock blue, turquoise, emerald green etc. These gardens are based on symmetry, but there is a concept of a central courtyard which has a water feature in the middle. It also sometimes has rills or water channels going from the water feature. Pathways go from four sides, and the water feature is at the crossroads of these walkways, which is the main focal point. All four corners have green beds well defined by hedges. The plants are mostly citrus trees, Phoenix and date palms and flowering hedges with bougainvillaea bushes.
