CRM Camellias

The challenge was to transform a sprawling 7000 sq. ft. corner apartment on the 26th floor of DLF Camellias into a verdant oasis. Its unique location offered unparalleled views: vast openness on one side and lush golf course greenery on the other. The five expansive balconies, each overlooking the water body and golf course, presented a unique opportunity to create multiple outdoor living spaces. To complement the apartment’s Balinese-inspired interiors, we sourced antique urns and pots from Thailand. The living room balcony was designed with a sophisticated dining area and a stylish corner bar.

Northeast-facing balconies were adorned with shade-loving species like Monstera, Peace Lilies, and a diverse array of ferns. Sun-drenched areas welcomed vibrant Bougainvillea, Purple Sage, and Cuphea, complemented by various Dracaena. Our aim was to create a year-round display of color without obstructing the panoramic views from the bedrooms and living room. We meticulously designed multiple outdoor living areas, including an intimate dining nook and an inviting entertainment zone complete with a fire pit. These spaces seamlessly merged with the surrounding greenery below, offering captivating vistas of the city skyline. To cultivate a relaxed and informal ambiance in the lounge balcony, we incorporated elegant Areca and Raphis palms, creating a serene backdrop for the fire pit seating area.
