A Verandah

Our old clients had just gotten their swimming pool built with a wet area consisting of Showers, a Gym, a Sauna, steam and a massage room built on both sides of a glass-covered verandah. They planned to use the verandah as a sit-out during summers, winters and rainy seasons as it overlooks the swimming pool and the garden. The brief was to give the verandah a colourful bright look with lots of greenery and a minor water feature. We designed a feature wall with wall mounted classic water fountain. The colour theme was terracotta, and for planters, we used hanging rot iron balcony mounted on walls. The teak root furniture from Indonesia added a lot of drama, as seen in the picture.
